 All content on this site, such as images, logos, audio clips digital downloads, text, graphics data compilations, are the exclusive property of Kellys Small Shop, its subsidiaries, and (or) its content suppliers. No content nor any portion of the site can be used, copied, sold, reproduced modified, or exploited. All intellectual property rights belong solely to Kellys Small Shop and cannot be used by any other party without the express written approval of Kellys Small Shop.  By continuing to use this site you agree to not copy any content or portion of this site, including images, text, logos, graphics, sound clips, digital downloads.  No right to intellectual property, title, or interest, is granted by Kellys Small Shop in any form. 

Finalizing an Order:    Once an order is finalized it cannot be changed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it. Methods of Payment: Are listed at checkout.
Pay Pal Users: Pay Pal payments can sometimes take a few days to clear. Orders do not ship until payments clear. Orders of 150.00 or more paid through pay pal must ship to the address set up through Pay Pal, as a confirmed Pay Pal address. 

Out of Stock items: Sometimes there is a product listed that is available at the time of purchase but becomes out of stock once your order is received. In the rare instance where someone else has closed their purchase on the item before you, we will get in touch with you to either arrange a refund or give a delivery time for a restock of the item.  Out of stock limited items will be refunded.
Processing Payments: We will contact you if there is an issue with payment when we process your order. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, your order will be canceled.

Tax: We are required to comply with the New Jersey sales tax regulations , we are required to collect sales tax and use tax on all non-exempt orders placed where applicable.   Shipping fees are calculated based on rates published by USPS, UPS, and Fed-Ex . Online orders are given an estimated shipping amount. In most cases, this is the cost you incur. In some cases, shipping charges may be higher if we decide a larger box or additional boxes are needed to properly protect an item for shipping. Respectively, we will also do our best to reduce a shipping cost if an alternative shipping solution presents itself. 

Occasionally a shipping service may be down or unavailable during the checkout process. When such situations happen, our shopping cart system may not be able to retrieve or show the estimated shipping charge for your order. When this happens your cart may show a shipping price of $0.00 thank you for your understanding that we must reserve the right to add the correct and appropriate shipping charge to your order, once the system are active again. Please contact us to confirm the shipping fee for your order. Order Processing Time: We do our best to ship items out in a timely fashion. Orders are generally shipped within 48 to 72 hrs, with some exceptions; backorders, made to order ( choosing a scent). Holiday seasonal delays can add time to delivery orders.  Please consider our listed shipping times when placing orders.

Expedited shipping or processing options for most items are available. We do not ship COD. We cannot guarantee that the shipper will deliver your purchases on time, and we are not responsible for any damage or theft that occurs if the carrier delivers your package when you are not home or packages are left out. If the shipper you choose requires a signature for your location, please be available to sign for your package.  Customers are responsible for reimbursing us for all shipping charges that are incurred when a package is returned because no one was available to accept it. 

We encourage you to contact your shipper for delivery options in your area if you have concerns about a delivery.
Please inspect your packages upon arrival. You must report any issues of damage, missing items, or missing boxes to Kellys Small Shop and to the shipping carrier within 2 days of receiving your order. If you notice damage to the shipping box at the time of delivery, report it to the driver and then directly to the carrier.
Products: Kellys Small Shop does its best to be as accurate as possible, however, we do not guarantee that the product description or other content of this site is accurate, current, complete, or error-free. If there is an error, please contact us immediately, we will do our best to correct the situation to the best of our ability.

By purchasing and using products sold by Kellys Small Shop, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase. You agree to carefully inspect all products upon arrival and report any problems immediately. You agree that you will not hold  Kellys Small Shop or A Brand Defined, LLC liable for any problems that arise from your storage and use of the ingredients or products. 

Kellys Small Shop tries to be as accurate as possible with its descriptions of ingredients and supplies, Kellys Small Shope cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information that is provided via its Web site, blog, social media networks, telephone conversations or written/email correspondence. It is up to the customer to adequately research the appropriate use and safety information for each item, including any governmental regulations in place for proper usage.

Email:  Kellys Small Shop can not be held responsible for order delays caused by your email filters preventing our emails from reaching you. We encourage you to please adjust your spam filter settings so that you can receive emails from our Kellys Small Shop email addresses.
Kellys Small Shop does not sell your data to any third parties.  By using this site, you expressly agree that you use it at your own risk. While Kellys Small Shop makes its best effort to ensure security on this site, it does not guarantee that the site,  its servers, email sent from Kellys Small Shop are free of viruses or other harmful components. Kellys Small Shop and A Brand Defined will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site.  Certain State Laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusions, or limitation of certain damages may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

Kellys Small Shop is not responsible for damage to personal or commercial property,  as a result of the use of a product,  inappropriate or careless use of a purchased or gifted product, spillage, or damage that occurs during shipping.  

Bullying and harassment will not be tolerated.  A review of any person or entity engaging in this behavior will be done, and if warranted,  removed from all KellysSmallShop related platforms.  Any threats will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

At any time, Kellys Small Shop reserves the right to modify our policies or correct any errors that appear within our site or written/online communications.
